Environmental Science: The nexus of the Natural Sciences
UTEP’s Environmental Science Program prepares students to take their place as professionals in the environmental work force. Exploding demand for environmental scientists offers opportunities for our students in academic, private and governmental organizations.
Five concentrations allow Bachelor’s students to follow their interest in Biology, Chemistry, Geology, Hydrology and Secondary Science Education, while receiving a well-rounded education that includes environmental sampling techniques, and policy.
The Environmental Science Master’s degree program challenges students through advanced classes and research opportunities with dedicated academics.
