Intelligence Community Center for Academic Excellence High School Summer Program (HSSP IC CAE)

UTEP’s Intelligence Community Center for Academic Excellence (IC CAE) offers a four week, intensive, summer program for high schools students. This program is designed to introduce students to the skills they need to pursue careers in the intelligence community. To achieve this goal, participating high school students are introduced to a variety of topics, skills, activities and field experiences

Law School Preparation Institute High School Summer Program (HSSP LSPI)

UTEP’s Law School Preparation Institute offers a four week, prelaw, summer program for upcoming high school juniors and seniors. This program enhances students’ critical thinking and analytical writing skills, exposes students to the legal profession, and shows students that they can go to law school. Program participants engage in a variety of activities, including case law and writing instruction, mock trial arguments and field experiences.
