Liberal Arts Center for Instructional Technology (LACIT) 

        Welcome to LACIT! Located on the fourth floor of the Liberal Arts Building, LACIT provides both PCs and Mac computers equipped with the latest computing technology for UTEP students, faculty, and staff. Typing reports, building presentations, and printing documents are just a few of the tasks students can performance in our facilities. Workshops over popular computer applications are also provided throughout the fall and spring semesters.

USER INFORMATION
LACIT is open to all current UTEP students, faculty, and staff. To use equipment, users must have an activated UTEP account (i.e. valid UTEP e-mail and registered in class(es) for the current semester). UTEP faculty and staff are also welcome to use the facilities, granted they too have activated UTEP accounts.		    News & Updates...

PRINTING AT LACIT
Only registered UTEP students are entitled to print. Printing funds are based upon the number of credit hours a student is taking in the current semester. UTEP faculty and staff may also print, however, they must add funds into their printing accounts in order to print. For more information, visit UTEP Lab Printing by clicking here.


LACIT WORKSHOPS
We invite you to attend our weekly workshops every Friday at LACIT (Liberal Arts Building, room 405). All workshops are instructed by LACIT student assistants and last approximately one-hour.
