Our office serves prospective students and current students by providing students with quality assessment and testing services. We also serve alumni and El Paso community by providing professional licensure and certification services and correspondence test services.
As a member of the National College Testing Association (NCTA), our office adheres to the professional standards and guidelines as established by NCTA. Services for Alumni and the El Paso Community

The Student Assessment & Testing office serves as the test administration center for several state and national professional, licensure, and certification test programs. Some of these national tests are:

Distance Testing
If you live outside of the El Paso, TX area and plan to attend UTEP, then the Student Assessment & Testing Office can help you arrange to take the UTEP College Placement tests at a local college or university near you so that you can save travel time and costs to come to El Paso for your required testing.
