Faculty of the Department of Physics has on-going collaborations with Los Alamos,  Centre Européen de Calcul Atomique et Moléculaire, Universidad de Colima, have recently used the facilities of Stanford Synchrotron Radiation Laboratory, National Synchrotron Light Source of Brookhaven National Laboratory, MacDonald Observatory, the Very Large Array, and other institutions, and maintains collaborations with UTEP's College of Education.
