            Responsibilities:

                        Reconcile savings and loan accounts of failing Savings and Loans.

                        Send financial reports of failing Savings and Loans to resolution Trust

                        Corporation offices in San Antonio and Washington D.C.

            Responsibilities:

                        Cash management and Wire Department.

                        Monthly financial statements and Board reports.

                        Government reporting (Reserves and Thrift).

                        Reconcile general ledger accounts.

            Responsibilities:

                        Personnel records, benefits program, maintenance procedures for F.F.&E.

                        and physical plant.
