| McCall Neighborhood Center Mission and Goals |

The McCall Neighborhood Center is dedicated to preserving the legacy of Olalee and Marshall McCall by honoring and promoting Black heritage in the southwest and by serving as a catalyst for community service and action. The Center’s uniqueness lies in its desire to assist and focus on a segment of our community that needs a voice in government, education, business and the arts.
The McCall Neighborhood Center cooperates with local organizations, boards and agencies in determining the best delivery system to assure maximum success for its programs while avoiding excessive or unwarranted duplication of expenses or services. While priority may be given to the McCall Neighborhood Center, the programs and services of the Center are available for all the El Paso community.
Dr. Dailey serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors at the McCall Neighborhood Center.
