March 7, 2009.   “Sembra Salud 5K Competitive Run and Fun Walk”.  8:00 a.m.  Ascarate Park, 6900 Delta Dr.  Cost:  $20.00 individual runners/walkers through March 6, $25 on race day; $15 military, seniors (55 and older) and students $15 through March 6, $25 on race day; $10 per member, five members per team.
