Duties included the analysis of body fluids for laboratory tests to include CBC,
Blood Typing, Syphilis, HIV, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, Pregnancy, Bacteriology, and
Urinalysis. Certified milk and water analyst. As a technician, duties also
included preparing laboratory media for the bacteriology department.
7/91-5/93 Laboratory Assistant, The Reference Laboratory, Albuquerque, NM
Duties included receiving, preparing, and processing laboratory speciments
received from patients. The last three months of this position were in the capacity
of a shift supervisor. These duties included managing the work flow,
troubleshooting, and monitoring quality assurance.
