The Law, Map and Children's Literature Collections are located on the third floor of the Library, in room 324.
The Law collection is intended to meet the legal needs of the University faculty, students, community users and local legal community. The library maintains print access to all primary Texas legal sources and most primary Federal legal sources. Numerous secondary sources are also maintained in print and online. More than 10,000 volumes of Children's and Secondary Literature Collection is located behind the Law Collection, on the third floor. It contains representative fiction, folklore, biography, poetry and how-to-do books for children and young adults. Assistance with this collection is provided by the Reference Department staff
The Map Collection includes U.S. as well as world wide topographic, geological, meteorological, demographic, and aerial maps. The collection features the complete U.S. Geological Survey maps as well as a large number of Mexican maps materials. Space is provided for map study and research. Most maps and documents may be borrowed. For services, please contact the Reference Desk
