Dear Colleagues,

The University of Texas at El Paso would like to invite you to our El Paso Area District 19 College Week 2009 program. We are scheduled for the week of September 8- September 11, 2009. 

This year’s program will include daytime and evening events. The daytime events will be held from Tuesday through Friday (two sessions in the morning and two in the afternoon). There will be two evening events scheduled for everyday of the week except Friday September 11, 2009.  

We recommend for your institutions to send two representatives. Please be aware that school selections will be considered on a first come, first serve basis. 

You will receive continual updates via email from me.

Please note: Only colleges/universities may RSVP. All others such as banking institutions and other outside agencies must contact the high schools directly. Institutions will be accommodated based on space availability.
