Girl Scouts of the Rio Grande are partnering with UTEP students and the Center for Civic Engagement for this service learning project.  The program will give UTEP students the opportunity to act as mentors and trainers to girls.  In return, girls will learn valuable life skills, such as leadership skills, and will gain courage, confidence and character.
