The mission of the University of Texas At El Paso/Austin Cooperative Pharmacy Program is to enhance the knowledge, health, and well being of the people we serve in order to meet the pharmaceutical care needs in the El Paso Community.
The Cooperative Pharmacy Program in collaboration with two community health centers in El Paso has developed two post graduate community pharmacy residencies.
1. A Community Practice Residency at Centro de Salud Familiar La Fe, El Paso, Texas
· Established in July, 2005
· Accredited by ASHP/APhA in 2008
2. A Community Practice Residency emphasizing Ambulatory Care at Centro San Vicente, El Paso, Texas
· Established in July 2008
