First, your advisor will need to approve the selection of courses followed by the Program Director's approval. You will be notified by email to register for the classes.

Moreover, you will need to get approval to register for each the graduate classes with the corresponding Graduate Advisors:

Math: Dr. Foged, (
foged@math.utep.edu) CS: Dr. Longpre (longpre@utep.edu), BIONF: Dr. Leung (mleung@utep.edu), EE: Patricia Nava (pnava@utep.edu), ME: Art Bronson (), and Phys: Vivian Incera (vincera@utep.edu). Email the graduate advisor the class, crn and your 800 student number. Request permission to take the class OR visit dept. office.
If you have any questions/concerns please email leti@utep.edu.
