Dr. Jose M. Hurtado to work with NASA Summer 2009
Dr. Jose Hurtado, Associate Professor in Geological Sciences, is on the science team for a NASA project investigating the use of robots for geologic field work on the moon. The idea is to evaluate the effectiveness of a robot to do reconnaissance of a field area before humans go and do detailed work.
