to complete the following process at least 2 months before the semester
starts:
(October 15 (spring and summer), and April 15 ( fall).
The first step is to pick up anadvising form from Leticia
Velazquez, Program Director, located at Bell Hall 322, leti@utep.edu. Then your advisor will need to advise/approve the selection of courses
followed by the Program Director's approval. You will be notified by
email to register for the classes.
Moreover, you will need to get approval to register for each the graduate classes with the corresponding Graduate Advisors:
