The Center for Effective Teaching and Learning (CETaL) promotes excellence in teaching, improvement in student learning, support for the community of teachers at UTEP and in the region, and the scholarship of teaching. We provide resources that should help in the development of learner-centered teaching materials that clearly communicate to students how to succeed in their courses and to learn class material most effectively.
