Campus-Wide Printing Solution

Campus-wide Printing Solution - Tuesday, April 29, 2008
The University recognizes that students need to print documents in the course of their academic work. It is also necessary to maintain responsible use of University Printers. A campus-wide print system implementation in all student open labs enables students to have the same printing capabilities in any of the participating computer labs, including a pre-determined number of free pages and the ability to add more pages for a standard fee. Students are able to redirect some printing to special printers or to other areas of campus when needed. Standardizing the printing process on campus has been done to provide students a consistent, hassle-free experience when printing at laboratories, and to ensure that these services are provided to students at the lowest rates possible
