Marching Miners and Symphonic Band

The Marching Miners, led by Dr. Curtis Tredway, is a large marching unit that includes Band, Flag Corps, and the Golddiggers.
The Marching Miners perform pre-game and half-time shows at all home football games, and make at least one out-of-town trip yearly. They have performed for Professional Football games in Houston, San Diego and Denver. Membership is open to all wind and percussion instrumentalists and flags.
The Symphonic Band performs concert music best suited to the large ensemble. It is open to all wind and percussion performers. |
